Sharing a minute book (or entire entity)

The Entity Information Summary, the Minute Book and/or Ledgers & Registers may be shared with external

Navigate to the entity you are looking to share and click the Share icon, then "Share...":

Then, click "Add Share"

What the recipient receives

• Recipient receives an invitation from MinuteBox advising an Entity (or portion thereof) has been shared with them.
• A shared recipient has read-only access to the Entity, they cannot make any changes
