Logging in to MinuteBox

☝️Notes: This article describes the normal MinuteBox login process. For information on account setup and initial login, please read this article. 

  1. Open Chrome (or Edge) and type app.minutebox.com. The following screen is displayed

  1. Type your email address in the top field, then click Sign in with Email. The following Authenticating message appears

    ☝️Tip! Ensure you type all letters of your email address in lowercase
    Followed by the Welcome back screen
  2. Go to your inbox, locate and open the email message from The MinuteBox Team entitled Login to your MinuteBox Account

    ☝️     Tip! No message? Check your Spam and Junk Folders
  3. Click Login to my account
  4. When prompted, click Click here to continue. MinuteBox opens and your dashboard displays
