Changing Person Address (Director/Officer) While Maintaining Original Address

  1. Navigate to the person whose address you want to change, click the ellipses ( ... ) and choose Edit
  2. Click the triangle to the right of the person's name. The dialogue slides open
  3. Click the small pencil icon in the Address field
  4. Click the +The address dialogue box opens
  5. Type the new address in the fields provided

    Note: you may want type a note to indicate when the address changed in the Title field; e.g., Home Address (Effective:2021-09-16). (The More Info field may be used for this purpose too)
  6. Click SaveThe new address appears in the Person Addresses area
  7. Click the new address from the list displayed, then click Done
  8. Click OK to save and set the new address
