The Service Providers field allows you to add a Service Provider in the following fields:

1. Name
2. Provides
3. Contact

The Agent for Service Agreements allows you to input additional information about the service agent using the following fields:

1. Jurisdiction
2. Agent
3. Reason
4. Fee
5. Reference #
6. Note
7. Start Date
8. Interval
9. Repeats Every

Click the blue Add button to enter details such as Name, what they provide and contact information. Use the arrow to expand contact information if the name is not already in the system.
