Capitalization (Cap) Table
How do I create a Capitalization Table for an entity?
Capitalization Tables are automatically created based on information entered into the Entity Information Summary. To view an Cap Table:
- Navigate to the Capitalization section of the entity you are viewing.
- The Cap Table will automatically appear.
