Configure the Minute Book View

Each MinuteBox Entity can be viewed in a variety of ways. Based on your needs for that particular entity, you have the choice to show or hide your virtual minute book in a variety of ways.

Get started by clicking "View"

This is how things look by default:

Hide / Show the Context View

For performance reasons, we recommend hiding the Context View for books that are larger than 300 pages in length.

Hide / Show Section Page Numbers

Hide / Show Minute Book Table of Contents

Hide / Show Thumbnail View


Hide / Show Split View

The Split View is designed to allow you to view and edit both your Entity Information Summary and Minute Book at the same time.
