  1. Find the entity that you want add information for in the Entity Dashboard.
  2. Double click on the entity to view the Entity Detail View.
  3. Click the tab on the left table of contents labelled Entity Information Summary.
  4. From the table of contents below the header Entity Information Summary click on the Administration category to navigate to the Administration section of the entity summary.
  5. Locate the Minute Book Location section in the entity summary and click the text field to edit. Type in the location you want to track and hit [Return] or [Enter] on your keyboard.

You are now tracking the physical location of a minute book in MinuteBox.

What is the imports section of the Entity Information Summary?

The imports section keeps track of any database files (not PDF documents) that have been imported to MinuteBox for that entity. It is read only and cannot be edited. It serves as a single source of truth for any information that has been imported to MinuteBox either from another MinuteBox file or from another vendor.

  1. Find the entity that you want add information for in the Entity Dashboard.
  2. Double click on the entity to view the Entity Detail View.

  4. From the table of contents below the header Entity Information Summary click on the Individuals with Significant Control category to navigate to the Capital section of the entity summary.
  5. Locate the Individuals with Significant Control sub-section in the entity summary and click the Add button to create a new entry.
  6. In the Individuals with Significant Control modal, enter the information you wish to track as desired.
  7. Click Ok at the bottom of the modal to save.

You are now tracking the Individuals with Significant Control in MinuteBox.
